How our pricing works:
When your child first joins these four fees are due upfront. Any items marked with * are non-refundable:
- Registration fee* (paid once)
- Material fee* (paid once a year)
- Security deposit
- First month’s tuition
If your child joins mid-month, first months tuition will be pro-rated. After that, tuition is billed on the 3rd of each month.
💰 Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded only if your child remains enrolled through the end of the school year in August. Families who withdraw earlier will forfeit the deposit, even if care has not yet begun. Deposits should not be submitted simply to reserve a spot if plans may change.

Tuition at Orkidz includes much more than care — all enrichment activities and meals are part of your monthly tuition. We believe in bundling everything that your child receives into one simple package, with no hidden add-ons.

🍎 Daily Schedule
Tuition includes up to 9 hours of care per day, plus breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks (mostly organic).
⏰ Extended Care
Need more time? Add an extra hour for $400/month, or a half-hour for $200/month (based on availability).
👨👩👧 Sibling Discount
The first child in each family receives a $100 discount.
📅 Drop Off/Pickup Policies
Families must follow our year-round school calendar and be on time for drop off and pickup to avoid fees.
🔹Early Drop Off / Late Pick Up (Unplanned): First 15 minutes $15, then $1 per minute thereafter.
🔹Contracted Extra Hours of Care: $30/hour.
🔹Contracted Monthly Extra Care (5 days/week, discounted): $400/month for one hour, or $200/month for half an hour (based on availability).
